 I have self published a little book on Carl Jung's personality types. It has been surprisingly successful. I based it on my personal experience and the people I have met through the course of my life. It's been an exciting journey: each of those mentioned have brought their own gifts and contributed to my learning.

I wrote an article together with friend and colleague Ernst Harting (in Dutch) on Introversion and leadership (since widely plagiarised :(). It collects our thoughts and experience as well as references to work by others on the subject. We have both retired since the article was published, but as the world evolves into a new state of being post Covid-19, perhaps we will see an evolution within the workplace where the qualities of the less extraverted among us are more appreciated.

The article was published in March 2015 by O&O.
